Eligible Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Items received damaged or defective
• Items with printing errors or quality defects
• Wrong item shipped

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, or used items
• Custom or personalized merchandise
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging (where applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
